Faith in Ghaib or Unseen :Hidden variables theory,Dark matter and Dark energy and Uncertainty Principle

Denial of unseen.Quran says clearly that “those without knowledge” deny the unseen such as the day of Judgement and the signs of God which are evident in nature, human socialities, relationships,their bodies and the universe.
27:84
Until when they will come, He (Allah) will say, “Did you reject My verses while you did not comprehend them with knowledge, or what was it that you used to do?

But the wrongdoers have followed their desires without knowledge. So who can guide the one whom Allah leaves astray? For such people there are no helpers.

The Major points of discussions with atheists are mentioned below.
(Note it yourself that denying the unseen is only due o the lack of Knowledge).
1.The Invisibles on Earth which become visible or detectable later on

There are simply things or factors or forces, which do exist even if we cannot see them or hear them or approach them through our 5 senses.
Examples are Gamma Rays, weak nuclear forces and the non visible spectrum of electromagnetic waves.
2.There is much more to be discovered

It simply means that not everything is discovered up till now, there is much more to be discovered beyond our 5 senses, or more of “unseen”.
3.Anti matter, dark matter and dark energy

These are things which we have to “Necessarily ” assume to be occurring for our equations or the justification of observation and hence the logical explanation of points 4 and 5.
The scientists i.e those with “knowledge” have also calculated that only 0.4% is visible matter in the universe,3.6% the invisible matter and 96% simply dark matter and dark energy which are actually unknown for the scientists.

Now see, the Quran mentions that those with knowledge and understanding, remember God, fear Him too,as they witness the Power of Allah and realize that nothing in the universe is purposeless.They are those who have actually comprehended the Existence of God,His Omnipotence and definitely the belief in unseen.For those, the forgiveness is mentioned.
35:29
And among people and moving creatures and grazing livestock are various colors similarly. Only those fear Allah, from among His servants, who have knowledge. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Forgiving.
